What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your company name, contact name, email address, mobile number, country, the products you’re interested in and the details you give about your application.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, and provide sales, technical and spare-parts support. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
Legal basis
Your consent when you tick the box on our forms, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Who we share it with
Our staff who handle your enquiry; Zerma group companies where needed to supply machines or parts; and service providers that host this website and our email, including Hostinger. Some of these providers may store data outside South Africa, with the safeguards required by POPIA.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then for up to 3 years, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
